We are pleased to announce the 10th International Summer School for Neuropathology and Neuroimaging in Epilepsy.

For the first time, we will offer an integrated approach to combine neuropathology and neuroimaging skills and knowledge. The workshop has been held previously in Germany, Brazil, USA and China with a focus on histopathology. Advanced hands-on histopathology training will still be offered in small groups led by distinguished tutors but also includes NOW hands-on skills on reformatting brain MR images. We will offer our participants use cases to further develop their skills and help integrating their knowledge of histology and imaging related to the diagnosis and treatment of human focal epilepsies.

Applications should include a brief description of your current clinical practice and experience in the field of neuropathology and/or epileptology and neuroimaging, together with a short CV.

Please indicate your level of experience in histopathology: A – experienced, B – beginner, C – non-experienced.

Registration fee is 1000 R$ (Reais). This fee covers lunch and beverages from WED-SAT, a welcome reception and social dinner, as well as your personal copy of the INES 2019 syllabus. Registration fees exclude accommodation, airfares and other travel to Campinas. Travel bursaries are available to participants from low or middle income countries.
