The Spanish Epilepsy Society (SEEP), together with leading international institutions and with the endorsement of ILAE-Europe, will host the 5th International Video-EEG Course in Paediatric Epilepsies in Madrid, Spain. The course will provide a practical and comprehensive overview of paediatric epileptology, combining clinical and neurophysiological approaches to epilepsy diagnosis and management. This year’s edition will place special emphasis on the application of current ILAE diagnostic criteria and their role in personalized treatment.

The U-Task Epilepsy Surgery Meeting will take place at Oslo University Hospital, Norway, on 16–17 October 2026. The meeting will bring together multidisciplinary teams from across Europe within the ERN EpiCARE network to discuss complex paediatric epilepsy surgery cases and exchange clinical expertise. The programme will also address ongoing European multicentre research projects, observational studies and issues related to the ERN EpiCARE Registry. The meeting aims to strengthen international collaboration, knowledge sharing and multidisciplinary decision-making in paediatric epilepsy surgery.

The seventh edition of the “In Search of Lost Time 7” workshop will take place in Rome from 11 to 13 November 2026, at the Istituto Patristico Augustinianum. The event is organized by Italian epilepsy centres and endorsed by the International League Against Epilepsy and ERN EpiCARE.
The topics for this year include: Etiology-specific spectrum of epilepsy syndromes and channelopathies, Early surgery in patients with non-drug-resistant epilepsy, and Non-seizure outcomes in drug-resistant epilepsies and DEEs.

Treatment Strategies in Pediatric Epilepsies (cycle 2024-2026) is an international training course designed to bridge geographical and knowledge gaps in epilepsy care. It aims to regularly update neurologists and child neurologists on the best practices when treating children and adolescents with epilepsy.

The 12th International Residential Course on Drug Resistant Epilepsies is designed for neurologists, epileptologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of drug-resistant epilepsy. The course is based on two main educational study methods: we will have lectures from expert epileptologists and working groups with tutors.
